Return Policy

The Shoe Stör Guarantee

Simply put, we our know are boxes are the best. And that's why we want you to try them risk-free for 30 days. If you don't love the Shoe Stör’ products you've purchased, you don't keep them. Simply send them back, no questions asked (well other than why you didn't like them...........but we are entitled to that!)

There is absolutely no risk, and your satisfaction is guaranteed. So what have you got to lose, besides your disorganized mess of shoes and boots?

Products can only be returned with a return authorization number issued by Shoe Stor. Products that are returned must be undamaged and accompanied with a valid return authorization number which is obtained by contacting Shoe Stor. Shoe Stor is not responsible for the cost of return shipping & shipping charges are not refundable.

Credit Card Transactions – all credit card transactions are conducted through either PayPal or InternetSecure. Shoe Stor or its affiliates do not have access to your credit card information and does not record your credit card information.

Individuals Under 18 - No personal information should be submitted or posted on our website by individuals under 18 years of age without their parent’s or guardian’s permission.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

Shoe Stor reserves the right to modify or supplement this Privacy Policy at any time.
